31-year-old African American male who underwent rhinoplasty in Turkey but remained dissatisfied with a bulbous, poorly defined tip, nasal asymmetry, and difficulty breathing. Revision rhinoplasty restored nasal function, straightened the nose, refined the bridge and tip, and provided lasting support with a columellar extension graft. The result is a refined, masculine nose with excellent definition, improved breathing, and a stable tip that no longer droops when smiling. The patient loves his new nose.
