One year after rhinoplasty to address a dorsal hump, widened nasal bones, a bulbous tip with poor support, and an overprojected tip. The result is a smaller, naturally refined nose with correction of the dorsal hump and tip overprojection, creating improved harmony with the patient’s facial features. The patient also underwent correction of a deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy to address nasal obstruction.
