Face Case #12095
Before
After

These primary open rhinoplasty before-and-after photos feature a 38-year-old woman six weeks after her first rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Michael Omidi. The procedure focused on defining and refining the nasal tip, reducing excessive projection, improving the nasal tip angle, and creating a subtle supratip break. An extension graft was used to provide structural support and achieve balanced tip projection.
At six weeks post-op, the photos show a more defined and supported nasal tip, reduced projection, and a more harmonious nasal angle. Residual swelling is still expected at this early stage, particularly around the nasal tip, and the results may continue to refine over the coming months.
